Banana Smoothie Recipe

Here is a recipe for a smoothie with banana and strawberries:

Ingredients:

1 banana
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup greek yogurt or plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk (regular or vegetable)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (to taste)
Ice (optional)

Instructions:

Put the banana and strawberries in a blender.
Add Greek yogurt and milk.
If you want the smoothie to be sweet, add honey or maple syrup.
If you prefer cool drinks, add ice.
Close the blender with a lid and whisk all the ingredients until a smooth texture is obtained.
Check the taste and, if necessary, adjust the sweetness or add more strawberries.

Useful properties:
Milk - contains calcium.
Banana- helps strengthen joints.
